What should I do if I have trouble with the espresso machine?

How to get the ideal pressure?
If the pressure is too low, please use finer coffee grounds, add more coffee grounds in the filter or increase the tamping pressure to try. If the pressure is too high, please reduce the amount of coffee grounds or reduce the tamping pressure to try.

Why is the cold brewed coffee not as cold as it seems
The temperature at which the product is cold extracted is mostly determined by the water temperature poured in, and it will not produce coffee below zero degrees. If you need a lower temperature, you can try adding two ice cubes for a better taste!
