common problem
* Why 304 stainless steel is used for the upper pot and 430 stainless steel for the lower pot?
430 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and better magnetic and thermal conductivity than 304 stainless steel.
* Stainless steel can also rust?
Stainless steel has corrosion resistance, but its corrosion resistance will vary with its processing status, service conditions and environmental media type. It is recommended that the upper and lower pots and their accessories be drained separately after cleaning for reuse next time.
* How to place the mocha pot after heating?
The metal has heat transfer characteristics. After heating, the mocha pot should not be placed on the rubber pad or fiber cloth to prevent the sediment with high temperature at the pot bottom from sticking to the pot bottom.
* Brown and white spots appear after a period of use
White spots are the scale produced. When the water is heated for a long time, minerals such as calcium and magnesium are attached to the surface to form scale. The generation of scale is related to the local water quality, which is a normal phenomenon. Brown spots are formed after the organic matter in the food is oxidized and attached to the bottom, not rust
