How to set the temperature for non-alcoholic beverages?
Please set the temperature between -2°C and -4°C.
If the frozen drink fails to take shape, adjust to -5°C or a lower temperature.
How to set the temperature for alcoholic beverages?
Please set the temperature between -6°C and -9°C.
Why can't I make my slushie?
The sugar content have to be 13%-25%.
Insufficient sugar content will result in the frozen drink failing to take shape and instead freezing, then causing the stirring rod to stop working.
Why can't I get all the cylinders to work?
You will need to control each cylinders separately (on/off, temp, mode etc.).
